[Bug]: Hoyoplay launcher blank screen

Description

Since Hoyoverse created a new launcher for the game and force all user to use it at June 17, the old launcher can no longer be used, and the new launcher shows a blank screen

Steps to reproduce

Install hoyoplay launcher (https://hoyoplay.hoyoverse.com/)
Open Hoyoplay launcher

Expected behaviour

Should not blank and can see list of the games
