[Bug]: Getting video on disc doesn't work when I am in the lobby.

Description

When on the Steam game content warning, in a game, if anyone puts the camera into the video extractor for the disc, it is extracting/loading eternally. This could be related to how it cannot delete the temp files/folders, as it gives me that warning every time I enter and leave the game. There are no issues when I leave the server before the video is transferred to the disc. However, having to restart each time is tedious. The game does not crash, so the log provided may not even pertain to the bug.

Steps to reproduce

Join random or with friends, start the game and try to record a video. Go back and extract/transfer to the disc.

Expected behaviour

Expect that the disc would pop out promptly.
