EA Settings Crashed #1184

Description

Ran EA App fine for about 2 months. Now all of a sudden I'm getting countless different error messages, the main 2 being "EC: 104" and "Background Settings Crashed"

Steps to reproduce

Use d3dcompiler_47, quit the whiskey app. Reopen whiskey app and then launch bottle program with EA App Launcher to get one of the following error messages

Expected behaviour

Run the EA app like I have been for several months

2.3.2

What version of macOS are you using?

Sonoma (macOS 14)

same issue Here. Battlefield 1 was the only game I really enjoyed playing and it just crashed after installing the latest update :(

worst part is that no one ever responds when I ask about this :(

This needs a fix quick. Especially since the EA App update will be forced on everyone tomorrow, which will break it for all users

Someone on discord who works on the WhiskyWine just replied to me and said that there would likely be no fix
