[Bug]: Whisky does not load Redlauncher and took directly to the game

Description

Open any gog supported game purchased from steam, the redlauncher window shall appear for us to enter gog.com login information before entering the game. But looks like the redlauncher could not be loaded and the redlauncher waited few minutes it took right to the game itself.

Steps to reproduce

Steam install and running any gog supported game eg cyberpunk 2077, the redlauncher window never appear.

Expected behaviour

Redlauncher window appears 1st for us to enter gog login information or create a new gog account.

Yes the game does start but not the Redlauncher. You need start the game from steam.

Users may need to start Redlauncher to assess DLC gift or sync saved games.

same issue, and the FSR option is missing, can't figure out why.
