[Bug]: Fallout 4 - Not Recognizing Displays

Description

Machine: Macbook Pro M3 Max (2024)

Upon launching Fallout 4 from Steam, I'm only able to get into the launcher menu (Play / Options / etc.) 50% of the time.

When in the options menu, I see mostly nonsensical resolutions. All launching fails after that.

Steps to reproduce

Repro:

New windows 10 bottle.
Install steam.
Install Fallout 4 from Steam.
(try setting -dx12, also editing Fallout4.ini with bDisableAllGore=1)

No dice.

Just reporting for compatibility!

Expected behaviour

Hopefully it would launch :'(
