[Bug]: TF2 crashes when I try to do training

Description

When I try to do the tutorial, TF2 just crashes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a Windows 10 bottle.
2. Install and setup Steam.
3. Install and open TF2.
4. Click "Find a Game"
5. Click "Training"
6. Click "Get Started" under "Basic Training"
7. Click "Solder"
8. Click "Start Training"

Expected behaviour

I expected the game to load me into Basic Training.
