[Bug]: Launching steam.exe but nothing happens

Description

os verison: Sonoma 14.4.1(tried 14.1) chip platform: M3 Pro whisky version: 2.3.2 (tried 2.3.0 2.2.0 2.1.0) steam version: latest

bottle setting: Windows version: Windows 10 Build version: 19043 Enhanced sync: MSync(tried none) DXVK:off(tried on) Aync DXVK:off(tried on)

Steps to reproduce

1.Downloading Whisky.zip and extracting it. 2.Launching Whisky and creating a bottle with default setting. 3.Running steamSetup.exe. 4.Setup completed successfully and updating automatically. 5.Update completed successfully and nothing happens. 6.Try different settings still not working.

Expected behaviour

Launching Steam.exe then show Steam Window.
