ok so after my testing , i have some understanding what some ini paramerts do, so if you dont have gpu power to spare you can set iDirShadowSplits=1 , value of 1 will set all shadows to be low spec, so no more local/high to distant/low shadows transitions, otherwise iDirShadowSplits=3 will make all? you shadows high spec, no transition but for more gpu load
