version
of PGF: http://www.texample.net/tikz/builds/ , version 0.2 should work for you,
but

9 years ago I'm getting this error when using MiKTeX. Here's my versions:
pgf-umlsd - 2010-04-03
tikz - 2008-02-13
Seems odd that that MiKTeX would include your package with an old version of

9 years ago Also TexLive 2010 includes 'old' version of Tikz. Since 99% of users probably

"\foreach \t [evaluate=\t] in {1,...,\thethreadnum}{"
by
"\foreach \t in {1,...,\thethreadnum}{"
