[x] Add Test to make sure jupyter notebooks (aka tutorials) run without errors
[x] Update documentation
[ ] Implement get_anatomical_layouts() in visualisation_helpers.py
[ ] Implement view_corr_mat() in visualisations.py
[ ] Delete unnecessary files

Check I haven't messed anything up! (I really liked @KirstieJane message in PR to my forked repo)
