A HUGE update (but only to the dev branch)

The major changes:

• BrainNetworksInPython is now ready to pip install :tada: (instructions in readme). After this a user should be able to run the tutorial without issue.
• removal of fsaverage folder.
• move core scripts into the main folder.
• creation of BrainNetworksInPython classes BrainNetwork and GraphBundle.
• Introduce a notion of copying (only) anatomical labels between graphs representing the same parcellation of the brain, in order to better compare them
• Many, many tests

Major changes left to do:

• justify regression tests failing after update (columns in different order etc)

• thorough autodoc documentation

• testing docs

• test suite for classes.py

• [x] ready to merge (yes, but only into the dev branch)

I'm very happy to just go ahead and merge this to the dev branch and for us to discuss it there. Or we can do a deeper review - whichever you'd prefer @Islast! ✨
