Make sure scona runs in binder #89

The binder linked by the badge at the top of README.md is failing to launch. At the time of writing binder is down. It would be SUPER USEFUL :smile: if somebody could

follow the link in the "launch binder" badge at the top of the readme and let us know whether or not it builds :sparkles:
replace the current badge () in the readme with the newest version of the badge (). See https://mybinder.org/ for instructions on how to do this :tada:.
