guide to brain networks in python blog #16

Hi @Islast - I've just merged a few things into master so would you mind a) pulling in those changes to your fork, and b) splitting this pull request into to. The blog post still needs some work (I have some comments somewhere and I can't find them at the moment 🙄) but I'm sure the mini-grant application can go in a little more smoothly.

Just looking through the recent commit the mini-grant application needs to have some jekyll front matter to format it into a blog post. Check out the format for my OpenCon application for an example.

(I've just made an issue for someone to write some guidelines on this going forward!)
