my pedals keep disconnecting #406

Because of a FPS dropping software error in F1 22 game, I have remapped my fanatec pedals as vjoy device and hid it with hidhide. I managed to solve the FPS problem like this thanks to you guys. But after about 10 minutes, pedals suddenly get disconnected (during race) and I don't see CSL Pedals Load Cell Kit tab in gremlin anymore.

i have to restart joystick gremlin to see it appear and then i activate my vjoy profile once again.

I don't have any power savings mode on, I run a windows 10 pc.

Sorry I am a newbie to this but any help is appreciated.

If the hardware gets disconnected by Windows then there is nothing Gremlin can do about it as it will simply react to this. Gremlin also doesn't do anything other than listen to physical inputs so has no capacity to manage them.

So, what I understand from your message is, Windows disconnects the device. Normally that doesn't happen when I don't use gremlin, vjoy or hidhide. So possibly hidhide is the culprit here. I'll look into it.

well, if anybody is suffering from this, I overcome this problem by assigning eacy and every input from the pedals to virtual vjoy pedal and leaving x axis empty for t300 rs wheel.

when I had issues, I had only brake and throttle assigned to virtual vjoy x and y axises. this behaviour was clearly wrong.
