Map to Mouse - Direction Missing #474

Manual shows a degree direction entry for Map to mouse/motion that does not exist.

By the looks of it, you're using it with a hat input. There might be something odd with the behaviour there, but I'll have to check. In the meantime, you could try and use a normal button to see if the action behaves as expected there.
