I see an error from SoyuzT-6 in CC's debug menu (Alt-F10)
REQUIREMENT 'CheckSoyuzMission' of type 'Expression': missing required attribute 'title'.
However, the contract does have a title. What seems to be wrong is the expression that follows, that references a variable not set anywhere else:
expression = HM_DOS6_Ready == 1
