Merge early-stage-implementation branch into main

[makikamiya]

Early stage implementation of the web application with the following:

• Frontend and Backend folders
• Routes folder with articleRoutes.js file containing API endpoints
• Server and connection files added to backend folder
• App, index and components files for React frontend
• Basic CRUD functionality works; data can be entered into a form on the app and then submitted to be uploaded to the database
