URL template for Vimeo is missing "http://" at the beginning #12

Vimeo integration doesn't work because the URL is incorrect in the service definition.

Fixed by this commit: http://github.com/townxelliot/mediawiki-embedvideo/commit/e4ac57dfab902804b829d331faba7b685f1c2112
