This includes database updated on April 2018

IMPORTANT: ISP Functions won't work as I didn't add those. Why? Because I don't use those.

Could you also make one with ISPs?

And did you use free and open-source software to make these?

Eh I live in a city where it's hard for me to do things slow connection.

Used these,

Removed extra info via Notepad++ and MS Excel. Notepad++ for removing quote marks and first 2 lines. MS Excel for removing extra information columns.

Then used sqlite3 to make the database as in the tutorial. Link to the tutorial? Well in your issue that you created you posted it.
