Sniper mod, so you can see anyone from a big distance. Are these kind of mods blocked?

Any mods in gta3.img are now blocked except weapons. TO DO: Check custom.img

what files are edited for sniper mod? don't forget that checking files is almost not viable anymore just due to modloader being open source.

I am not sure, I don't have that mod. Maybe sniper.dff?
