Update os-release for f30 #42

Describe the bug /etc/os-release still points to f29.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run wslsys or have a look at /etc/os-release

Expected behavior Release 30 is referenced.

WLinux Version 1.30.x
