GUI Apps Not Launching / Selectively Launching #541

I've gone through a clean install multiple times now to make sure it wasn't something I've messed up - but I can't get this working regardless of what I try during/after setup + regardless of WSL/WSL2

Using: X410 2.7.0 /Public Pengwin 1.2.8.0 Windows 10 Enterprise Version 10.0.18999 Build 18999

Problem: When launching 'Core' GUI apps (FCITX Configuration, Customize Look & Feel) - everything works fine - When launching any ''app'' (VSCode, Emacs) - nothing happens. There's no error, the log doesn't display anything - just...nothing. If I set X410 to "Windowed Desktop" or "Full Desktop" - I can usually see ...blank? It changes to black from transparent, but that's the only thing I can find.

Otherwise, 10 thumbs up on Pengwin overall. Docker bridge is a DEEELIGHT.

Hello,

It sometimes has to do with OpenGL. Do you have integrated intel graphics only?

Try this: https://github.com/WhitewaterFoundry/Pengwin/issues/416#issuecomment-483790205

Skip the screenshot part. I think X410 doesn't have the option.

This will disable the OpenGL passthrough.

If it doesn't work, send us the log

Regards

You have to enable 'Allow Public Access' option in X410 image then you have to allow X410 to comunicate through the Windows firewall and it should work.
