NLI e IBUS installation

Describe the bug I try to install NLI support but after 30 min installation is pending.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1) pengwin-setup 2) GUI 3) NLI 4) IBUS

Expected behavior installation procedure completed
