Feature: shrink vhdx of WSL 2 distros #30

The virtual hard disk file of our wsl2 distros can only grow. When space is reclaimed inside the distro, the vhdx file is not shrunken accordingly.

Is it possible to integrate such a feature into Raft-WSL?
