Maybe even filters for filtering by base distro, capabilities, etc.

I thought about it when you write it then I forget. Tell me more. Which is your use case? You have many custom distros? Just want a clean space? I still don't see the usefulness of the requirement. So.. Convince me.

Main goal is to hide obsolete distros. Would also be good to have grouping by family (Debian, Red Hat, Arch, Suse)
