What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install plug-in on Frodo (Crystalbuntu) (Also tried 1.1.0) 
2. Open plug-in 
3. Nothing is listed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A sample list of streams that I can edit.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XBMC Crystalbuntu 12.3

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm running it from USB drive.

when plugin.video.live.streams will have an update 
be able to add support: 
Support the Putlocker links 
Support links Google Drive 
Support links bitcasa
