JTV patch: save channel passwords to file #6

Hi,

Loving your JTV add-on - thanks a bunch.

The usual channels I watch require passwords, and typing these in takes
upwards of 50 button presses on the remote.

Here's a patch which saves the channel passwords to a file, and pre-fills
the password dialog with the previous password if one exists.

I also added a save_passwords setting so this can be turned off if users
don't want the password displayed on-screen.
