Significant lag when inputting commands.

Issue description:

There is significant lag and some latency before commands are accepted when using the application. This applies for all commands that are accepted, not commands that result in error messages.

Steps to reproduce:

1. add-p n/WeedHouse s/S5 ap/12134523512 t/Landed a/Suunset Blvd r/y

Expected result:

Adding of a new property with minimal lag.

Actual result:

Application freezes for about half or one second before command is accepted.

Additonal details/ screenshot:

Its rather disruptive to use due to the lag in between user inputs, and does not feel very well flowing. Commands like list and edit seem to cause the most significant lag, where list commands sometimes freezes the app for more than 3 seconds.

Reason for disagreement: Although i believe that this lag can be downgraded in severity, I feel like at least a medium severity is in order. The lag between input and result is really quite significant during my testing, and certain commands resulted in lags of more than 5 seconds, and so is therefore indeed an inconvenience. Since property agents are likely carrying around smaller laptops with not much processing power, I have reason to believe that this lag will likely translate to real world use and affect the usability of the product for target users.
