[FORGE] Immersive Portals - Data Loss? #148

Issue description

Users are reporting that their terraformers do not work when they use them in combination with Immersive Portals - this issue seems to repair itself by placing a console inside the TARDIS or by relogging. This however, is not smooth gameplay and is inconvenient.

Issue only appears to be present on Forge, Fabric seems unaffected. Current theory is that the dynamic levels are not receiving Forge Capabilities or that they are receiving a empty optional and the game does not do anything as technically the capability is not present

Due to removed Forge support, this is no longer a issue.
