skipping workouts

my mesocycle keeps skipping over workouts and I can't go back. how do I fix this?

That's odd, but I'll need a bit more info to help you, can you share me your mesocycle page with workouts that got skipped?

This monday my next workout was day one but it gave me day 2. today instead of giving me day 3 it gave me day 4.

You might've accidentally double clicked the Complete rest day button and created two rest days instead of one. Go to your active mesocycle by clicking on it on the home page and inspect the workouts section, there might be an extra day present before Monday causing that issue. Figure out which workout is extra and delete it, should get everything back to normal

I don't have rest days. however when I go on the app the next day my old workout is there and I press save workout again. the last time this happened I deleted it but then I lost both? today it skipped day 4 and went straight to day one. it counted day 3 as day 4. I'm not great at explaining this but it keeps skipping workouts 😭

Have you tried reinstalling the app? All your data is saved in the cloud so don't worry about losing any. I'll try to repro the bug, just send me a screenshot of your mesocycle and it's split
