User may not know what went wrong. Vague explanation on "is not displayed"

Team's Response

We rejected this bug because the UG has already stated that the Project list will be displayed in the Project panel. So, the phrase "is not displayed" is not ambiguous.

Additionally, within the delstaff section of the user guide, we did mention that project is needed to be displayed so the error message refers to project not being displayed in the project panel and thus it is not vague. Due to these reasons, we reject the issue.

Reason for disagreement: What I meant was whats the difference between does not currently exist and not in display? Users might be confused by the wording as the explanation shown by the error thrown is very confusing. Is it not displayed due to the sort/filter function? Hence, I felt it was too vague to be helpful to the user and this should be elaborated on to help the user. It is a minor issue but will go to great lengths to help users utilize your app better.
