Budget does not allow user to input decimal points such as $1.50. Unrealistic as it should account for 2 d.p .

Team's Response

From statistic found on online, it can be seen as project budget are in the thousands. Due to the project budget value being so huge, having cents is relatively pointless since it does not amount much in comparison to the total amount of the project budget. Therefore we intended to not allow for the 2d.p and thus we reject this issue.

Additionally, we mentioned this constraint in the user guide so it cannot be considered as a bug.
