Team's Response

As mentioned it is so that we explain so hard terms before they are used within the user guide. Having it at the top allows for readers to read the glossary first before reading the user guide. If the glossary was placed at the end, the hard terms are only explained after reading the entire user guide. Users might then have to reread the user guide and this is waste of time. Therefore, we reject this issue as we believe placing the user guide at the start is more beneficial for readers.
