Project name does not accept special character #9

it is very common to have special characters like this in project names. Might be thoughtful to include them.

Team's Response

Like the previous issue #4094, both project and staff have a name but we did not consider having symbols in either names. Therefore they are duplicates bugs that are accepted since we consider them similarly.

Overzealous Input Validation for Staff Name

While the UG and program sets an input format for staff names, it also restricts certain characters like '-', which may be too strict as there are certain names that have a hyphen or dash in them (for instance, a member in my team), meaning that their name cannot be entered into your application. Perhaps this format could be loosened a bit.
