Add the Odin driver patch to other devices different from ath9k #13

We have not yet patched other drivers but ath9k.

However, we have included ath9k_htc, rt73usb and others during the compilation of openwrt in order to add a secondary wireless interface, and it did work. So we included the binaries and firmware manually and it is working.
