Integrate Traffic Detection with Odin

The idea is to integrate traffic detection within the Odin architecture.

As an example, the "Diffuse flow detector" could be integrated within Odin.

In some of the use cases, the AP should be in charge of detecting the real-time flows (e.g. Dense apartment building). In some other cases this could be centralized (e.g. Airport).

New Odin messages should be created to communicate from the AP to the Odin Controller:

• A new real-time flow has been detected in this AP, originated by this STA.
• The real-time flow has finished.
• The AP is not able to detect more flows (or to analyze more traffic) because of processing limits.
