2 years ago I'm going to close this since I think it's better for server owners to make use of server-defined command rate limiters rather than baking in my own solution here. For preventing tpa request spam, I agree and should be prevented as part of a fix for #74
Ability to set a cooldown to porkoju /tpa and other commands that may cause spam to the player.
