Adjusting the permissions node for the /rtp command #625

Right now the permission node for /rtp to teleport to a specific world is huskhomes.command.rtp.world, and I'd like each world to have its own permission node, for example the permission to teleport to the end of the world is huskhomes.command.rtp.world_the_end, and the permission to teleport to the world of test is huskhomes.command.rtp.test
