duplicate modules (dialog, quest, quests, questmanager and templatequest)

[bugfixes]

sometimes bot wouldn't want to "surf" mount: replacement of negation operators
bot stopping at celadon city and
bot going to pokecenter after each fight: changed logic (if else statements)
