Can't use commandment stones after changing doctrine #2

So, on a new save and ended up changing one of my doctrines before unlocking them all. Now, every time I try to use a commandment stone, it only shows up with a blank upgrade instead of sending me to the menu to select a category and doctrine. I tried resetting all my doctrines and that did not solve the issue, Is there anyway to fix this?

Hey Apologies, I haven't been around recently. I'll have a look at this hopefully this weekend and get back to you. If you are able to give a set of steps to reproduce the above I'll try replicate it and see if I can get it fixed

Sorry, I got kinda busy and didn't see the reply! The issue seemed to happen after I switched from one doctrine I had previously chosen to another one. Then if I tried to use a commandment stone it would pop up with this.
