Installing with mode "no mail server" does not show password

When installing with "no mail server" mode :

If PHP option "allow short tag" is not enabled, the password is not displayed
if the generated password contains '#' or '&' or other special characters for URI, then the displayed password would not be complete
if the generated password contains '<' or other special characters for HTML then the page could be broken.

this was fixed with courgette's patch, and switching to non special characters.
