GeoIP on ClientDetails #8

Noticed an issue where the geoip functionality on clientdetails was not working. Changing the href on line 97 of clientdetails to

http://www.geoiptool.com/en/?IP=<?php echo $ip; ?>

fixed it for me.

yup works fine. I had been curious why the old one was in there and what it did differently, but since the old site link doesn't exsist anymore...
