Fixed 830: Can't use Run on smaller windows

The Project Name had a fixed width, which sat on top of other menu controls, disabling them. Fixed using flexbox issue: I had to calc the the max-width on the Project name. there may be a way to do it without this

Also, a bunch of autobeautification.
