[BUG] Add loop, play once, and single frame options to clips. #135

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Clips currently only loop forever. This causes a number of difficulties when lip syncing, or using clips for character animation.

Describe the solution you'd like Clips should have a loop, play once, and single frame.

This issue has been completed in the animation-type branch in commit 8bc16983
