RxJS 6 support #8

Currently this package depends on RxJS 4. Any thoughts on bumping that to 6?

Not a priority for me right now but I've added you as a collaborator, and if you let me know your npm username I'll give you publish rights.

Also, if you are interesting in making changes, writing out the lodash dependency would be awesome 😄
