Added two npm package rc_ghost and rc-ghost-cli, later on will perform similar to ghost-cli and will help in deployment of rc_ghost(modified ghost version)

I think we want the rc_ghost fork to be under the RC organization and then we'll need to do regular synch ups with upstream ghost as needed to merge in fixes and new features.
