Agent notification when user ends escalated chat. #578

When the user ends an escalated chat (closes window with 'X'), the agent needs to be notified. Current Neuraflash behavior is to display "Chat ended by Visitor • 6:43:16 AM" in the livechat.

@AlexanderKanakis This issue will be fixed along with this PR https://github.com/WideChat/Apps.Salesforce.LiveAgent/pull/27. Maybe you can test and review that. Hope you haven't started with this one 😄
