There are two places in the UI where you can configure a message to be displayed in the window when a session is closed by visitor abandonment. Neither of them seem to be working.

@ear-dev which is the second place in the UI, one is the Dialogflow configuration listed below.

"close_chat_message": "Thanks for contacting Viasat Customer Care. We appreciate your business. Please close this window to end your chat session."

@bhardwajaditya there is a message in the omnichannel admin UI specifically for the case when visitor abandonment closes a session.
