Support for SAML protocol ? #41

Would be great if this auth plugin support the SAML protocol. It looks like OpenIdConnect, but maybe older way. It is supported by MS Active Directory, or other Identity Provider product (like OpenAM).

Definitely open to the idea! Not sure I have the bandwidth at the moment to get to it, but we're always open to PRs. Otherwise, I'll keep this issue open for the future
