Show/hide not working on Categories?

Hi there,

We'be installed your plugin and are only trying to show widgets on pages that have a particular category selected however this doesn't appear to be working? I'm assuming it's as simple as select "show page on" > taxonomy > tick category and thats it? Any other steps required?

Yeah unfortunately I can't seem to get it to render even when I have it to show pages with that page category ticked:/ Any recommendations?

Hi there,

Sure - below are the options that I have selected. Eg, this widget should show on pages such as https://endlessoceans.com.au/fishing/ though it won't. I've tried clearing the cache etc using CTRL F5. If there is anything else I can do to help debug please let me know.

Note, once this is resolved we will proceed to purchase the full version - we just need to validate it will do what we need it too:)

Thank you very much for the screenshots. Just checked and it seems to be showing on the bottom sidebar. Did you fixed it by clearing cache? You can also go ahead and purchase the Extended version which is better so you can use the premium support and send the website login info, for me to check it via admin dashboard. Thanks!

Still no luck...I've paid for the premium version and have sent an email via the support channel. If you can investage and respond asap that would be great. As per the email, I've setup a test site at http://waytecsolutions.com.au/ so we can test/debug.
